This Privacy Policy applies to autarxiq.com, operated by AutarXiq LLC, and inquiries you send using the contact information on this website. It does not describe the data practices of unreleased AutarXiq apps or games. Product-specific notices will accompany those experiences when they are offered.

1. Information used by this website

You can browse the product collection without creating an AutarXiq account. Searches, filters, comparisons, and the interactive sample scenes run in your browser. The website application does not send your search text, comparison choices, or sample-control inputs to AutarXiq.

When you select products for comparison, the site saves their product identifiers in your browser’s local storage under autarxiq-product-comparison. This lets the selection remain available on a later visit in that browser. Selecting Clear in the comparison bar removes the stored selection. You can also remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. Disabling browser storage does not prevent browsing.

2. Hosting, security, and technical information

Delivering a web page requires the hosting infrastructure to receive network and request information. Our hosting and security providers may process information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser or device information, request times, response information, and security events to deliver, maintain, and protect the site.

The site is published through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. The website application includes no advertising tags or third-party analytics scripts. Infrastructure logging, security mechanisms, and any operational cookies are separate from the browser-local features described above and are subject to the providers’ applicable settings and practices. 3. Contacting us

Email links open your chosen email application; this website does not send a message automatically. If you send us an email, we receive the address and information you choose to include, such as your name, organization, product question, device information, or attachments. We use correspondence to handle the inquiry, follow up where appropriate, and maintain relevant business records. Please send only information needed for your inquiry and avoid unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.

4. Recipients and processing locations

Information used to host and secure the website or handle correspondence may be processed by the providers supporting those activities. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or to handle a legal or security matter. Provider systems can involve processing in more than one country. This website does not include advertising integrations or transmit browser comparison selections to advertising services.

5. Retention and security

Comparison selections remain in browser storage until you clear them or the browser removes that data. The website does not maintain a server-side copy of those selections. Correspondence can remain in business mailboxes, records, or provider backups for handling inquiries and applicable recordkeeping or legal needs; this website does not implement an automatic email-deletion schedule. Provider operational records are governed by applicable provider settings and policies.

The site is delivered over HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not use an unsolicited email to send credentials, payment-card information, or private project files.

6. Your choices and requests

You can browse without using comparison storage, clear existing selections, adjust your browser’s site-data settings, and choose what to include in an email. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information held about you. Verification and applicable legal requirements may affect how a request can be handled.

7. Children and future products

This company website introduces products; no games are playable here and no product accounts are offered. Please do not submit personal information about a child in a product inquiry. A parent or guardian with a question about information sent to us can contact the addresses above. Future apps and games will have their own applicable privacy information.

8. Changes and contact
